Small Unit Tactics w/ Jon Dufresne

Description:

Take on a two day, high intensity training course in Ontario with former Army Ranger and owner of Kinetic Consulting, Jon Dusfresne. Over the course of 48 hours, you and up to 15 other participants will be introduced to key skills and gain experience in mission planning, reconnaissance, an introduction to patrolling, communication, movements and formations, battle drills, and ambushes. The event culminates with a final exercise that allows your team to apply your new skills on an actual mission.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

To ensure all the course content is covered, participants must... 

• have weapons safety and handling skills
• have basic shooting ability
• be able to carry a weighted ruck for a prolonged period of time
• have a clean police background check (must be submitted by particpant)

Proof of these skills will be required prior to participation.

Required Equipment:

• Airsoft carbine or rifle with sling
• Night vision
• UHF Radio with PTT
• Uniform
• Soft cover (boonie hat, ball cap, etc)
• Plate carrier or chest rig with 4-6 magazines
• Eye protection
• Rucksack

Event Conditions:

**THIS INFORMATION IS CRITICAL -- YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING POINTS**

Bringing a trainer up from the US involves substantial costs - something that the ticket price of $950 reflects. It is critical that certain conditions are met by key dates, or the event will not be able to proceed. As such, it is important you read and understand the following conditions.

• This event REQUIRES at least 12 participants (maximum number of students is 16)
• A refundable deposit of $250 is required by April 1, 2024 - This will be returned to you if we do not meet the required student numbers.
• Your deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE after April 1, 2024.
• The remainder of your ticket price is $700 and is due no later than June 1, 2024. Failure to provide this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your ticket.
• In the event the entire event is cancelled, ALL money will be refunded to all participants.
